WHAT IS NADA YOGA?

The Perfect Complement

Nada Yoga is a profound and ancient spiritual practice that involves the exploration and harnessing of the transformative power of sound, vibration, and music as a means to achieve spiritual enlightenment and inner harmony. In Sanskrit, "Nada" means sound, and "Yoga" means union or connection. Nada Yoga is often referred to as the Yoga of Sound.
