Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy
At Chakra Flow University, LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our policies reflect the advance planning, reserved spaces, and financial commitments involved in each offering.
Please review the applicable terms before registering.
Retreats
Deposits
The deposit specified for each retreat is non-refundable if you cancel. It is included in your total retreat price and counts toward the cancellation amount retained below.
Cancellations More Than 60 Days Before the Retreat
We retain 60% of the total retreat price or the stated non-refundable deposit, whichever is greater. Any payments received above that amount will be refunded.
Your deposit is included in the retained amount and is not deducted again. We will never retain more than you have paid. If you have paid less than the cancellation amount, no additional payment is owed after cancellation.
Cancellations 60 Days or Less Before the Retreat
All payments received are non-refundable. No additional payment is owed after cancellation.
These terms apply to participant cancellations, including illness, emergencies, and changes in personal or travel circumstances.
Transferring Your Retreat Booking
You may request to transfer your booking to another person, subject to written approval from Chakra Flow University and the venue’s guest-change deadlines.
The replacement participant must take over the same booking, accept the retreat terms, complete all required agreements and waivers, and arrange payment of any outstanding balance.
Any reimbursement between you and your replacement is arranged privately. Chakra Flow University does not issue a refund for a transfer.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with trip cancellation, trip interruption, and emergency medical coverage promptly after booking.
Insurance may reimburse non-refundable expenses for a covered illness, emergency, or other covered event. Coverage, exclusions, purchase deadlines, and claim decisions depend on the policy and insurer. Please confirm that your retreat and travel expenses are covered.
Purchasing insurance is your decision. Insurance does not change our cancellation policy or guarantee reimbursement.
Teacher Trainings & Training Programs
This section applies to our teacher trainings and other training programs, unless different terms are clearly provided before registration.
Cancellations More Than 60 Days Before the Training
You may receive a refund of payments made, minus the stated non-refundable deposit.
Alternatively, you may transfer all payments made, including your deposit, to a future training or another eligible Chakra Flow University program or retreat.
Cancellations 31–60 Days Before the Training
If you choose a refund, we retain 50% of the total tuition or the stated non-refundable deposit, whichever is greater. Any payments received above that amount will be refunded.
The deposit is included in the retained amount and is not deducted again. We will never retain more than you have paid.
Alternatively, you may transfer all payments made, including your deposit, to a future training or another eligible Chakra Flow University program or retreat.
Cancellations 30 Days or Less Before the Training
Payments are non-refundable. You may request to transfer all payments made, including your deposit, to a future training or another eligible Chakra Flow University program or retreat.
Training Credits & Transfers
Training credits must be used toward a program beginning within two years of the date your transfer request is approved.
Transfers are subject to program availability, eligibility requirements, and written confirmation from Chakra Flow University. Your credit is applied toward the new program’s tuition. If the new program costs more than your credit, you are responsible for the difference.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund. The original deposit remains non-refundable but may be included in your training credit.
No additional payments toward the cancelled registration are owed after cancellation. Any balance required for your new program will be arranged when you transfer.
Workshops, Classes & Smaller Events
Tickets are non-refundable.
You may request an exchange for another date or event at least 48 hours before the original event begins. Exchanges are subject to availability. Any price difference must be paid.
You may also transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us before the event so we can update the registration.
If Chakra Flow University Cancels
If Chakra Flow University cancels an offering for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund of payments made, including your deposit, or a credit for the full amount toward a future offering.
Refunds cover payments made to Chakra Flow University. Separately purchased flights, accommodations, insurance, and other expenses are not included.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
If a natural disaster, government restriction, or another circumstance beyond our control prevents an offering from taking place, we will communicate the available options, which may include postponement.
Any proposed postponement or credit will depend on arrangements confirmed with the venue and other providers. We will provide an accounting of payments and refund amounts that remain unspent or are recovered for your booking.
Amounts already committed to providers and not recoverable may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
If the offering proceeds but you are unable to attend, the applicable participant cancellation terms above apply.
How to Request a Cancellation or Transfer

The date we receive your written cancellation request determines your refund eligibility. Cancellation periods are measured in calendar days before the offering’s start date.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Any offering-specific terms will be provided before purchase. Updates to this policy apply to new registrations; existing registrations remain subject to the terms accepted when booking.
