refund policy

At Chakra Flow University, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require changes to your plans. We strive to provide a fair and flexible refund policy for our valued customers. Please review the following guidelines for refunds and exchanges based on the type of event:

Smaller Events (Workshops, Classes, etc.):

  • Tickets for smaller events are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different date or event, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the original event.

  • Tickets are transferrable, allowing you to gift or sell them to another person if you are unable to attend.

Retreats and 200 & 300hr YTT's:

  • Retreat and YTT trainings to cancel your participation:

    • If the cancellation is made at least 2 months prior to the retreat or YTT training start date, you will be eligible for a refund of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

    • If the cancellation is made within 1 month prior to the retreat or YTT training start date, a refund of 50% of the remaining balance will be provided.

    • Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the retreat or YTT training start date all tuition is non-refundable.

    • In case of cancellation, we encourage you to offer your registration to another individual who can attend in your place, allowing for a seamless transfer of participation.

    • Transfers of retreat bookings or YTT registrations to alternative dates or events may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and approval.

Please note the following important points:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at hello@chakraflowuniversity.com

  • Requests for exchanges or transfers should be made at least 48 hours prior to the original event start time.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment, and the time frame for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
