For those needing credits to complete their 300HR YTT, modules also count as 25 hours towards your YTT with Chakra Flow University.
What support will I receive during the course?

What do the workbooks include?

Each module features a dedicated, beautifully designed full-color workbook, packed with insights, practices, and references to support your learning and teaching journey. Is there an online option for this training?

Some modules include a 3-hour or 6-hour online component as a prelude to the in-person weekend sessions. Please review the schedule for details on each module.
What are the prerequisites to enroll?

A completed 200HR Yoga Teacher Training is required to ensure participants have a foundational understanding of yoga practices and philosophies. This can be any 200HR training, it does not have to be from Chakra Flow University.

Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School 300

This program is a registered 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training by Yoga Alliance.
This school provides a 300-Hour training that meets or exceeds the Yoga Alliance Standards. Students who complete this program and are already 200 RYT are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 500 RYT after completing this certification.
