Imagine waking up with a whole day to simply enjoy being you.
Let nourishing days, ancient Goddess practices and the beauty of Lake Atitlán bring you back to your playful, sensual "Goddess at Play" that lives inside you.
You pour your energy into so much around you, and this offering is an invitation to receive. Your room is waiting, your meals are prepared, and our days weave movement, sacred cacao, art, and evening ritual with plenty of time to do absolutely nothing. Come rest, create, laugh, and remember how good it feels to simply be alive.
And on our final night, we'll come together in song for a very special kirtan led by my friend and renowned musical artist Ananda Das and his community.
Seven days to create, rest, play, sing, gather and remember.
And there will be plenty of time to do absolutely nothing.
Because I believe sometimes we heal by doing the hard work. We look at our shadows. We unpack our stories. We sit with the uncomfortable things.
And sometimes we heal because we laughed until our stomach hurt.
Because we broke bread with women who felt like old friends.
Because we made something beautiful without needing to be good at it or monetize it.
Because we danced.
Because we rested.
Because we went skinny dipping in a volcanic lake.
Because for one whole week, we stopped trying so hard to become someone else and remembered how good it feels to simply be alive.
That is Mystic Radiance.

Your Week at Lake Atitlán
There is a rhythm to our days,
but not a rigid schedule.
Mornings begin together with movement, mantra and meditation, waking up the body and setting the energy for the day before gathering for a beautiful breakfast.
From there, the day opens up.
Some days we’ll create together, working with our hands through art, crafts and simple creative projects inspired by the Goddess we are exploring that day. Not because you need to be “good at art,” but because making something simply for the pleasure of making it is medicine.
There will be long stretches of time to swim in the lake, read, nap, lie in the sun, wander the grounds, sit with a cup of tea, or hang out with the women who will quickly start to feel like old friends.
Most of our time will be spent right at our beautiful retreat home. There is no need to fill every day with excursions or constantly be going somewhere. The point is to actually be here.
And we’ll also make space to experience the culture and traditions of Lake Atitlán, meeting local wisdom keepers and learning from the people who call this sacred place home.
Three delicious meals are prepared for us each day, so you don’t have to think about grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning up, or taking care of anyone else.
And if you want a little more adventure, there will be opportunities to explore some of what Lake Atitlán has to offer, including an optional temazcal ceremony and other local experiences and activities.
As evening arrives, we’ll gather again for our Goddess ritual, weaving together story, mantra, ceremony, embodiment and reflection.
And then?
Maybe we stay up talking and laughing. Maybe we sit under the stars. Maybe you’re in bed by 9:30.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
This is not a retreat where every hour of your day is scheduled.
It is a week with enough structure to hold you, and enough spaciousness for you to simply create, rest, play and remember the Goddess at Play you were born to be.
Lake Atitlán
At Lake Atitlán, the elements become part of our practice.
Water invites us to soften, feel, and flow.
The earth offers steadiness, while the volcanoes remind us of the fire within us: our creativity, passion, and power to transform.
The air invites a deeper breath, and the spaciousness around us gives us room to simply be.
Here, we remember that we are nature, and let her beauty bring us back into relationship with our own.

Victoria Martinez is the founder of Chakra Flow University, a yoga teacher, transformational coach, and lifelong student of the wisdom traditions that remind us how to live more fully.
With over twenty years of yoga practice, she brings together Yoga, Ayurveda, Śākta Tantra, sound, ritual, and feminine embodiment, weaving ancient wisdom into modern life in ways that feel grounded, accessible, and deeply human.
Victoria has been an artist her whole life. She even spent fifteen years in advertising working on Madison Ave. Her love for creative arts, beauty and nature run deep.
For Victoria, making something with your hands, moving your body, and laughing with other women belong in a spiritual life alongside mantra and meditation.
She created The Goddess at Play retreat to give women space to receive care, follow their curiosity, and enjoy the fruits of their inner work.
Her guidance invites you to reconnect with your playful, creative, sensual self and remember how good it feels to be alive.
