85-Hour Prenatal Yoga Certification

Presented by Chakra Flow University

Teach Prenatal Yoga with Confidence, Skill & Integrity

Pregnancy is not something to be managed — it is a sacred initiation, a profound transformation of body, nervous system, identity, and spirit.

Teaching yoga during this time requires more than “prenatal modifications.” It requires education, discernment, trauma-informed awareness, and deep respect for the pregnant body.

This 85-Hour Prenatal Yoga Certification is a Yoga Alliance–approved immersion that prepares you to teach prenatal yoga safely, intelligently, and confidently — while also offering life-changing education for anyone walking the path of pregnancy, birth, or motherhood.

This Training Is For You, If You Are:

  • A 200-hour certified yoga teacher ready to teach prenatal yoga responsibly

  • A yoga teacher seeking Yoga Alliance CEUs & specialty certification

  • A doula, birth worker, or wellness professional deepening pregnancy literacy

  • A dedicated practitioner, pregnant woman, or future mother who wants real education — not guesswork

  • You do not need to be pregnant to benefit from this training

  • You do not need to plan to teach to be transformed by it

Meet Your Faculty

This Spring, Chakra Flow University offers an 85-Hour Prenatal Yoga Certification led by Julie Rauschenplat, with additional instruction and integration taught by Victoria Martinez, Founder of Chakra Flow University.

Lead Trainer: Julie Rauschenplat

Julie is a registered Labor & Delivery nurse at Atrium Health, a retired Certified Professional Midwife, Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE), and Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT).

Julie brings decades of hands-on maternal care and evidence-informed childbirth education into this training, drawing from Lamaze International, Evidence Based Birth, Spinning Babies®, and Birthing From Within. Julie’s teaching emphasizes clinical accuracy, informed choice, and compassionate support for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Faculty & Host: Victoria Martinez

Throughout the immersion, Victoria teaches yoga philosophy, embodied practice, prenatal application, and integration — helping students translate knowledge into felt, relational, and accessible teaching on and off the mat. Her instruction is informed by years of teacher training leadership and her own lived experience with pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Together, Julie and Victoria offer a rare and complementary approach: clinical accuracy paired with yogic wisdom, creating a training that is grounded, ethical, and profoundly human.
