Accessible Yoga refers to the practice of making yoga inclusive and available to individuals of all abilities, regardless of physical limitations, age, health conditions, or other factors. The concept of accessible yoga is rooted in the belief that yoga should be adapted to meet the needs of diverse populations, ensuring that everyone can experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of the practice.

This module is all about learning how to adapt yoga for your body and/or your student's bodies.

3 months or more experience practicing physical yoga is recommended. We will not be breaking down poses or explaining poses. Instead we will be taking a closer look at poses that are commonly seen in typical yoga classes and explore accessible options for them.

  • A chair for Chair Yoga. Suggestions:  folding chair, dining room chair , yoga chair. Chair most not have arms and be light enough to move around easily.

Our program, which began in June 2024, is now available on-demand. You can access the June recordings in our online yoga school portal and start anytime. You  have 4 months access to the program. Need more time? Program can be extended at an additional $35 a month.

Our mission is to equip individuals with the tools and knowledge to navigate their recovery journey, address the impacts of systemic oppression, and cultivate overall well-being.

The Living Yoga course portal will have all you need for the journey. Access to the portal begins once you sign up.

All modules are online and feature primarily live classes with a bit of pre-recorded content to view according to your schedule. Please look at the module above to see the schedule and curriculum. After you sign up, you will receive an email welcoming you to an online school where all your videos, zoom links and resources are ready and waiting for you. 


Access to module for 3 months after module is over. 


Need more time?

$35 a month to extend access.


Chakra Flow University is offering 33 CEU's for each individual module and 100 CEU's if you take the entire program.


To receive CEU's: 

  • Course must be 100% completed

  • Quizzes must be completed and passed

  • You must attend 75% of the live sessions

  • You must have your camera on during live sessions


Chakra Flow University reserves the right to ask for additional proof of completion. Please allow up to 30 days for certificate and registration information.
