Join us in Costa Rica to dance in the beauty that is the cosmic balance of the

feminine and masculine energies.

This retreat will illuminate the feminine energy so that this cosmic balance is experienced in its fullest expression of freedom and wholeness. The focus will be on embodying Shakti, the primordial feminine energy, with an opportunity to explore energetic imbalances and bring them back into alignment. This will occur in a brave container that is created by a community of women who are committed to living deeply in the Sacred Senses through expressive movement, ceremonial gathering, and intentional living. Because we live in a culture that is very masculine oriented, it can be experienced as linear, logical, and piercing. Therefore, the essence of this retreat will be beauty because everything beautiful that the feminine consumes is a reminder of each person’s true inner-radiance. We will co-create many ritualistic experiences that will invite us to see life through this lens and stoke the flame of desire so that this essence is made manifest in everything that we do together during our 7 days in enchanting Costa Rica.

Rituals throughout the week will include:

A morning sun-oriented asana practice that invites the masculine energy.
An evening moon-oriented Divine Feminine Movement practice that is more sensual and free.
Daily Tantric meditations to open and explore the magic of your yoni (womb)
Tantric and Ayurvedic beauty treatments and rituals
A daily cacao ceremony to encourage freedom of expression through the heart.
Tours of the local environment will illuminate the natural surroundings as we experience them with our senses.
Mindful eating practices that will invite us to indulge in the pleasures of each bite.
Sensual touch practices that will seduce our inner-most desires for pleasure.

Explorations of Costa Rica will include:

Hiking at Arenal Volcano
Zip-lining through the cloud forest
Paddle-boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling in the

Pacific Ocean

Visiting the Las Plumas Rescue Center
